 Abruptly, she was reminded of someone dear to her, a 'cherished person.'

梅雨どきの中休みか　初めて暑くなった夏の夕暮れ　軒先で水をまいていると

裏に流れる川から一匹のほたるが迷いこんできて　まくっている袖にとまった

唐突に、彼女はある人のことを思い出した　

「懐（おも）い人」

そして彼女は何を思うだろう　この瞬間　まだ彼女自身にもわからない
